In Coach Sullivan's four seasons (2018-2022) at UNLV she righted the downward slide of the program and slingshotted it towards Mtn West conference championship. Dawn is a down-to-earth coach with clear vision, high player accountability, and a 1% improvement mentality. Dawn improved team morale and had the players building trust and success with her calm, supportive demeanor. Not surprisingly, Coach Dawn has moved to the SEC as head coach at Missouri and won coach of the year accolades upon arrival there. She is the one coach I would not hesitate to have my athlete play for!
