Jill is a phenomenal person, leader, coach and parent. She brings talented women together,in their most formative years, and demonstrates as well as teaches how to lead- through diversity, celebrations and defeat. The real world they prepare to enter will not always be kind and fair to them but parents should feel blessed that their daughters ( whether they are starters or not)- are given the privilege to see first hand what integrity, faith, and family looks like in action. Villanova is blessed to have Jill and her staff- and the teams are as well. Unfortunately some will only realize this much later in life!
