For someone who has been coaching for over 10 years it would be expected that Coach Neubinski’s knowledge of softball would be exceptional, but it is quite the opposite. Coach Neubinski has no coaching philosophy and blames all of her coaching mistakes on her players. She has successfully created an environment of toxicity where her players are terrified to fail on the field. If you want to have an enjoyable college experience please do yourself a favor and do not play for her.
