Former athlete of Coach Duvall. I will start this review by saying that he is a decent coach, but he has little to no real coaching background at a high level. Most of his training methods are outdated and not scientific at all. Also will write workouts he knows his athletes can’t achieve, and is clueless enough to wonder why so many of his athletes have major injuries. He is a spineless individual who cares about nothing besides his measley “sunbelt” coach of the year awards. If you are not performing, this coach will not care about you. Coach Duvall and Patchell also harass athletes and threaten them when you consider transferring schools.
