Literally the worst coach to ever exist. Do not hire this man or your program will go down in flames. Says what you want to hear but will never actually meet any expectations unless your expectations are on the floor. Cares more about what he has on his feet than the people he recruited. Questions your faith in the Lord if you lose a game. Also says to get on a diet if you lose a game. Uses programs money for apparel for self instead of what the program needs to be spending money on. Has kicked girls off of the team for absolutely no reason at all and does not give an explanation for his terrible behavior. Completely dismisses your value and self worth as a person. Good luck trying to have a normal conversation with this man. Has the maturity of a twelve year old boy. PLEASE talk to anyone who has transferred or quit the team and you will hear the same things.
