Chris is a pretty knowledgeable coach with lots of experience but seems to be rooted in old ways. Team is stuck booting the ball forward and hoping someone will take care of it. What happens in practice does not really translate to games. Only motivational when he gets really pissed off and feels the need to run the team when the atmosphere that he created is why the team is not performing up to standards.
