Carter is a knowledgeable and very motivated assistant coach to our team. He has only been with us for two years so far, so he still has space to grow in his role, but he is absolutely dedicated to the success of our team. His strengths are his love for the sport and his open mindedness -- he's always available to talk about fencing, give lessons, and work out what a fencer needs to improve. He's also a nice person and very approachable.
