Accessible coach, whenever we needed something the door was always open to talk to him. However, he was talking a lot and he didn’t really try to listen to what we had to say. He didn’t try to create a team culture. He stuck with the old school mentality. He made promises to players that he couldn’t keep. He had favorites. Training was pretty much the same every time. Players needed to find internal motivation to show up and perform well at practice.
