Simply Google “Scott Sperone Fitchburg State” and you will find an article that doesn’t even touch the surface as to how he operated as a coach. Harassed us. Broke NCAA rules. Verbally abusive. Did not take care about your time. He would show up late to his own meetings and practices, but punish you if you were late. He called a buddy of mine 84 times one morning because he missed a 6:00am workout after a practice that ended at 11:00pm. He swore at us all the time. Called us ridiculous names. Made fun of people with special needs. Antagonized us at times. Worst coach I have ever played for. Avoid at all costs. I think he is at Kean College in NJ now.
