Good person, but runs the team like a daycare, and doesn’t know the game in the slightest, at about a club coaching level at best. Coaching style is his way or no way, there’s no talking the game X’s and O’s, it’s he’s always right, and will not ever admit to any mistakes. We all make mistakes, but never taking any responsibility, creates a massive divid between the team and coach.
