Shaela is a very motivational person and it seemed that she really wanted the best for her team. I will say I found her a bit intense during my overnight and ended up not choosing Bard because her coaching style seemed a bit too much for me. She was really direct with my recruiting process. In the end I felt I didn't really match with the level of play.
