Coach Zentgraf lacks sufficient knowledge of the sport of lacrosse. Additionally, she does not prioritize the well-being of her athletes and has difficulty identifying legitimate lacrosse talent and players with high game intelligence. She handles her responsibilities with little professionalism, often shifting blame onto others instead of accepting accountability. I would not recommend Coach Zentgraf as a coach for your daughter, if you want her to thrive physically, mentally or academically. Her self-centered approach makes her unsuitable for a position where she influences young women.
