Coach Zentgraf's way of approaching her players was aggressive and intimidating. She often belittled players in front of their teammates, used harsh language and became an individual that was so distant and flat out uncaring. This created a toxic atmosphere where players felt the pressure of living in the fear of the unknown inflicted by Coach Zentgraf. Players often felt scared to ask questions or even confront Coach Zentgraf about any feelings due to the possibility of being shamed. Coach Zentgraf became a massive mental blocker for many players so much that players had mental breakdowns, anxiety attacks and nausea so much that they were throwing up on the field. Coach Z completely overshadowed the joy of playing the game. Do not get sucked into her web unless you want a lifetime of depression and mental health issues for your daughter.
