Nicole genuinely cares about all of her players not just the top scorers. She makes herself available and works toward building a positive team culture. She is honest when you ask for an evaluation and doesn’t tell you what you want to hear like the previous head coach. Give the opponent it’s the team will exceed expectations due to the positivity Nicole brings to the team.
