It is very interesting that the last three ratings for Jill are 5’s. Anyone who plays for Jill, knows she is not a 5 star coach. Otherwise, she would not be out coached every game, each team figures her two plays and adapts to beat her in the third quarter. Commentators wouldn’t be asking where the leading feeder is, who was not played during the 2024 spring season. Jill’s emotional intelligence is a major weakness, crying in the locker room, then screaming at the girls and calling the girls mentally weak. Her behaviors are not productive and certainly not one of a leader. For parents who say it is the disgruntled parents of women recruited by the previous coach. Are you saying that it is ok for a coach to treat their athletes badly? No young woman should be berated, belittled or demeaned, regardless of whom they were recruited by. You should be asking your daughters how they are treated, how their teammates are treated? I assure you they will not rate Jill a 5. Maybe Villanova should open their eyes and educate Jill and her assistant coaches on how to respect and treat young impressionable women.
