Coach is very cool and fun with everyone during practice. He is dishonest and doesn’t keep separation between coaches and players. He and his whole staff is young and try to “fit in”rather than delineate between players and coaches - no authority. Also does not develop. Utilizes portal to cherry pick older players rather than develop. There is NO development in his program unless it’s on pitching side by Coach Jackson who is excellent.
