TC is very reactionary - to the point of fault, not trustworthy and just wants to deflect any blame onto his team. Essentially Flagler is letting him learn on the job, he's in over his head and should not be in charge of student athletes. He has miles to go before he becomes head coaching material. Through his actions, most of his players have obviously lost all respect for him.
