Sean Byron is the worst coach I’ve ever played for. Coaching wise, he never keeps the same system in place for longer than 2 weeks and is constantly teaching a different technique and method for every aspect of the game. You will not become a better player. When you ask him questions about anything regarding volleyball, he will get mad at you because he is unable to answer your questions and instead say “your job as an athlete is to say Yes Coach and do what I say” He treats injured athletes horribly and makes them feel guilty about their injury He pits girls against eachother He makes it abundantly clear who his favorites are He is sensitive and short tempered He destroys the self esteem of young women He creates a toxic team culture
