Coach Gabby is is not the type of coach that ICSC WomenVB deserves. I am an athlete and prefer to remain anonymous but, I can honestly give an insight to the way things are done. If you outplay her favorites/starters rest assured that you will be taken out of the game and not played again until the stats are greatly more. She actually keeps her own stats during each game and she class plays based on whether or not her favorite players are getting g their numbers in. She’s skews the stats in favor of them then use those same numbers not to play a non favorites in the same position. When we lose a game, she doesn’t meet with her starters or blame them. Instead she blames her none starters/none favored for the loss. We only want to be competitive and use our skill set to win games.
