Coach Smith was one of the greatest coaches i've ever had, as he's what made my bad experience with UNI Track completely worth it. He takes the time to understand what works for you, make proper adjustments and fosters a welcoming environment for questions concerns and even personal matters. He establishes himself very well as mentor on and off the track- and will be one of those coaches that you look back and are grateful for. UNI Track is very lucky to have him!
