Jen Klein is an exceptional Collegiate D1 coach who embodies approachability, patience, and inclusivity. Unlike some toxic environments found in college sports, Jen fosters a positive, strong team culture that uniquely includes athletes' families. Known for her professionalism, experience, and unwavering passion, she brings infectious energy to the sidelines. Her dedication to coaching and genuine care for her players make her stand out, especially for athletes like my daughter, who has had a less traditional journey. Michigan made an outstanding choice in hiring her—she truly is special.
