if you’re looking for a manipulative, vindictive and insecure narcissist look no further. my family and i trusted karen to be a care taker and a good role model. she was all of that and more in the beginning, then as time went on her true colors started to really show. she draws you in when you’re vulnerable then uses it against you when it benefits her. her lies put you uncomfortable positions. if you are not of any use to her, you’re treated like trash and put through mental warfare. when you look to address these issues you are gaslit to no end. she will do or say anything to remain the victim of every situation and flaunt her power. she needs all the shine and treats her support staff poorly. it is my hope that no program or child has to deal with that wrath of karen weatherington ever again.
