In player-coach meetings he makes uncomfortable comments about players boyfriends/significant others. He'd rather talk about your social life than how to become a better soccer player. He does not have enough knowledge about the game to make his players better. He treats them poorly, doesn't aid them in what they need to improve on, and then lets them transfer just to sell his fake and toxic culture to the next high school senior that comes along. He does not care about the players. He cares about meeting quotas to keep his job. He calls them his "kids" yet screams at them using profanity and belittles them with rude "jokes".
