A complete 180 she is taking feedback from players and staff to be a better coach. Players respect her, assistants respect her. Don’t believe everything you hear, Danielle Spencer is a good and passionate coach. Her job is to win, but she goes above and beyond off the field to make sure every player is heard and seen as a person first and then as a lacrosse player. Big things are to come
