Coach Gregg is the worst coach you will EVER experience. just in one year he has made 17 girls quit softball and lose the love of the sport ,if you are not his favorite or do not "fit" in his "piece of his puzzle" he will act like you dont even exist and treat you like dirt. From personal experience save your time for another school and DONT commit here its the biggest waste of time and will ruin your mentality for softball. Girls could write so much about their experience and he still wont change. His time needs to be up in the program and with coaching but he will never realize it. When recruiting girls he makes it seem like you will play and be on the "Varsity" team and say all these amazing things to hype you up and the program, we all fell for it and came to Northwood in shock with how the truth really is. if you do commit good luck and be aware you can never tell if he is joking or being serious with you and will make you feel dumb. He truly is not a coach anyone would want and we all dont get how he is still able too with how many girls leave and complain he is a master manipulator through and through.
