Parker Cowles is a horrible coach. He has a lack of knowledge in sports, poor communication skills, inconsistent training plans, overly critical attitude, favoritism towards certain athletes, inability to adapt to individual needs, lack of accountability, and overall negative impact on athlete morale and performance, often leading to a discouraging and unproductive training environment.
