Alec is now assistant coach at Univesity of Arkansas. He is very motivated and wants the best for his team. He is understanding, but wants you to be honest. He knows athletes can only push themselves as hard as they want, but he is there to push with you. He’s a gem. Be honest with him and give his hard work
