Greg destroyed the team as a first-year coach at Colby College. He cut commits without giving them a chance after giving them bogus ratings that suited his need to bring in his recruited players - you're right where we need you to be and then 3 weeks later, you're not a good fit. As a result, he was dismissed from the College after less than one year. Those players that remain are disheartened. He didn't understand the need to build a team culture over time. Slash and burn was his approach. It is good that the college stepped in, though many players' college careers have been irrevocably damaged after dedicated many years towards becoming a college soccer player.
