This guy coached me almost 20 years ago! He does not recognize talent or have the ability to put players in situations to succeed. Terrible judgement on players. Does not take the time to develop players. He is not a motivational coach or a coach that brings the best out of his players. He has "favorites" in regards to players. This guy said I wasn't "Athletic" enough to play college football for his reason on not giving me more playing time when I played for him. I was 6'4...185 pounds catching one-handed TDs against our defensive starters though lol. I moved to Florida, which is arguably the best state in football that produces the best players, and walked on to D2 college team! I wasn't athletic enough to play for him, but I was athletic enough to make a D2 college roster as a walk-on in Florida! Make it make sense?! I ended up getting Professional opportunities getting invited to several CFL mini-camps, AFL camps, and played 3 years of Professional Arena Football. This guy is a complete joke!
