It has been a privilege to play under Coach Eric. He expresses immense belief in his players and genuinely wants them to succeed both on and off the field. He emphasizes a family team culture and treats all his players like daughters, which is contrary to many coaches who sometimes treat collegiate athletics as a business transaction. Coach Eric’s coaching style also reflects a strong commitment to hard work and discipline. He emphasizes that sustainable success is built on effort and consistency, pushing us to always give our best no matter the situation.
