Lacking in leadership and integrity. Has lost multiple assistant coaches over the last few years. Is not committed to the welfare of his swimmers. Is condescending and dismissive of student-athletes’ and parents’ questions. Has a propensity to use people, but not form lasting, meaningful relationships. Not and ideal leader or coach. Doesn’t seem to have the constitution to do what is consistently right and in the best interest of his student-athletes. Puts himself before team and others. I would avoid this program and coach if you have other options.
