Can a coach be good without being a good player? Sure. Kaceys problem is that she acts like she is gods gift to softball. She doesn’t understand that you can’t demand respect from people who have experiences with you doing the exact opposite of what she is demanding from them. Playing ability aside. If you can control your attitude and effort, like she says, where is her self regulation of the two? Practice what you preach or change what you demand from your athletes. Some people are placed on third base without even hitting the ball. She’s exactly that.
