I had an opportunity to be coached by Frezer for 2 years. I gained so much experience and learned to love the sport at a deeper level than I ever had before. He was loyal to us at our small school even though he could have gone to coach at several large schools. His workouts are constructed surgically, they WILL get you better if you buy in to his training plan. I have never felt more motivated to go through the hard stuff than when he was our coach. If you have an opportunity to be coached by him, take it.
