She is the worst coach I have ever had. She does not care about her players and only sees them as just another athlete on her team. She only cares about winning and does not believe in second chances, one mess up and you’re on the bench for the season. She plays favorites and lets players take advantage of the team without consequences because they are favorites. The entire team would be picking up after practice and her favorites would stand there and chit chat instead of helping clean up, but as soon someone else wouldn’t help…they were in trouble. She has no idea how to coach a team effectively, she doesn’t give advice when fielding, just simple reps. She doesn’t know how to coach hitting, so the pitching coach does it. Don’t even get me started on the outfield, she has no idea. How can you be a head coach and not know how to improve your players? Just getting reps does not make you better if you don’t have the right mechanics.
