If you want a honest and fair coach do not come to Converse. If you want fair playing time do not come to Converse. The captains will take Valerie's side over the players, and will not be supportive individually and will report all back to Coach. There is evident favoritism amongst the team, she openly claimed people have "longer leashes". If it speaks for anything, she had a 28 player squad, 8 graduating seniors, only 10 are returning.
