If you’re considering playing for Tom, please do yourself a favor and run the other way. Tom doesn’t ever take accountability, doesn’t understand emotional situations, and enables harmful dynamics within the team. I’ve seen him pit players against each other in the past as a way to “motivate,” which has only created deeper insecurities. Your mental health is not worth being destroyed over him. No one should have to endure that in a program that claims to care about its athletes. You deserve way better than what this program offers under his leadership.
