Disorganized
No leadership, allowing players with strong personalities to rule. The emotional well being of players is not valued and is secondary to appeasing the star player(s). Talks a big game about values and team but there is no action to back up his words. Multiple of us left his program disillusioned and a shell of ourselves. I would strongly encourage players to avoid any program he leads.
