Very nice man but does not understand the women’s game or the pace of D1. Very unorganized, constantly changing plans last minute, and not communicating well with the team about expectations. Did not build any team culture at all. Allowed one player to accumulate 29 cards in one season. That’s a lot of man down/goals scored because one person doesn’t have self control! There was no discipline.
