I honestly can’t say enough how disappointing it is to see Kaycee in a coaching position. During our time as teammates, it was clear that her priorities were never in line with the sport. Instead of putting in the work and dedication that comes with playing softball, she chose to focus on partying, gossiping and drama. This behavior, unfortunately, has carried over into her coaching approach.Kaycee’s attitude is manipulative and arrogant. She’s not interested in developing players or offering meaningful guidance. It seems like she’s more focused on being the center of attention than actually teaching the game. A coach should be a role model, but she never demonstrated the work ethic, leadership, or commitment that is necessary to succeed, and it’s frustrating to see her in this role now.If you're looking for someone who will push you to be your best and offer real support, I wouldn’t recommend her. She never showed any genuine interest in improving herself or anyone around her, and it’s shocking that she's now responsible for leading others.
