DirectOld School Mentality
Coach Eric Johnson has an old school mentality and does not give one care in the world about athletes' mental health. Blames players for their injuries and creates an unfair environment within the team to meet unattainable expectations. Rather than work with you or develop his coaching, its his way or the highway. In hindsight I would not recommend choosing Western Illinois University for men's soccer.
