Coach Kelsey is an extremely disrespectful coach. If you are not deemed ‘worthy’ in her eyes of being in the 2v8, then she couldn’t care less about you. Extremely two-faced coach that pretends to have athlete’s best interest in mind, but actually makes the team’s chemistry go down incredibly and makes them feel not good enough no matter what. Definitely would not recommend to any rower to have as a coach.
