Nearly every Black player was cut, with only Daley’s fellow coach’s daughter remaining. Two new Black athletes were brought in, but whether they’ll actually get to play remains to be seen. At an HBCU, the lack of Black representation after cuts raises serious questions about bias and discrimination.
