Matt Distler is definitely the worst coach I’ve had in all my years of swimming. He claims to put mental health first yet took away mental health days because we were using them to close to champs. He discusses personal information you tell him and airs it out to other swimmers. He doesn’t have respect for letting people keep their personal life’s confidential. Tends to overshare information about his own romantic relationships to swimmers.
