Who is truly responsible for creating a great team culture? It’s not just the coach. It literally takes everyone on the team to foster that every day. Way too often do we come on sources like this to complain. Complaining makes a culture worse. Take accountability and truly create the culture you say you want. It’s that easy. If your main goal is to complain and point out coaches shortcomings you are literally creating the toxic culture you are complaining about!
