Poor Communication
Not much to say positively about this coach. He creates a toxic environment. He only cares about imagine. He is only willing to work with his fastest swimmers the rest he couldn’t care less about. He recruits you then abandons you. Not willing to help you get better or faster. His communication skills are very lacking as well. It’s too bad such a great academic school has this type of swim coach. He needs to do better. I doubt he will.
