I was an upperclassman when Coach arrived and I really wish he could have been my coach all four years. My first couple years were a struggle emotionally and mentally. He helped me fall in love with the game again! His door was always open for a 2 minute or 30 minute chat about golf or life. He cares about his players and lets us all know he cares about us as people first and players second. “You are more than a scorecard” was a line we heard all the time and he really meant it.
