I’m extremely disappointed in Washington College’s decision to hire this coach. Since his arrival, team morale and player confidence have dropped dramatically, and what once was a proud volleyball tradition has suffered. Players who used to love the game now feel discouraged and disrespected. It’s a shame. Communication with families is nonexistent, and his coaching approach is marked by excessive yelling and emotional manipulation. He has created an unhealthy team culture. Washington College should seriously reconsider this hire and take a close look at the environment being created within the program. Recruits and families, please do your research before committing. Current players, know that you deserve a positive, supportive experience both on and off the court.
