I wasn't able to give any 0 stars, so just be aware that the one-star rating is generous. It doesn't seem that they are knowledgeable when it comes to the sport of swimming, let alone college athletics. Pushes athletes to compete while injured and is very anti-redshirt, even when the athlete gives a reason as to why they should redshirt. He is also very two-faced when it comes to the way he acts around parents, putting on a facade when the athletes' parents are around. He also bullies his athletes (comments about their weight and not in a way that is coming out of concern, but instead to talk down to the athlete).
