He picks favorites, does not communicate at all with the athletes, doesn’t care about anyone except for the latest fast swimmer, only focuses on swimming and doesn’t care about what’s going on outside of it, and makes you swim sick and injured, and is very hypocritical. Also, puts on a show when recruiting, but when you get here he switches up on you.
