I ran under this coach, and the guy walks around like he’s running Alabama football when he’s really running a glorified group fitness class. The ego and the reality do not match. He spends more time talking trash about his own athletes than actually developing them, creates a toxic culture, and then acts shocked when the team underperforms year after year. It’s predictable at this point. The amount of athletes quitting or transferring is insane — 14+ in one season alone. And the funniest part? Everyone who left instantly started running faster somewhere else. That’s not a coincidence. That’s coaching. Honestly, he’s more qualified to be a middle of the night McDonald’s drive thru worker than a Division I coach. At least there the headset yelling would make sense.
